We prepare your order Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) within a maximum of three (3) business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination and the carrier:
- Mexico, Peru and Guatemala: 3 to 6 business days
- United States, Brazil, Honduras, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Paraguay and Uruguay: 4 to 7 business days
- Spain: 5 to 8 business days
- Venezuela: 7 to 10 business days
- All other destinations: 5 to 8 business days
Depending on the destination, import taxes are either already included (DDP) or charged by the destination country upon delivery and paid by the buyer (DHL Express shipments).

You can request an exchange within two (2) calendar days of delivery by writing to contacto@mydollhairshop.com or through our digital channels, with your order confirmation. Conditions:
- Record a video while opening the package, showing the carrier's security bag still sealed: without that video we cannot process exchanges or claims.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with its original tags, accessories and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If there is a difference in your favor or the item is unavailable, you receive a coupon valid for ninety (90) calendar days.
- Shipping costs for exchanges not related to the warranty are paid by the customer.
Warranty: thirty (30) calendar days from the day after you receive the product, for manufacturing defects only. We respond to every request within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days. As personal-use goods, wigs, extensions and ponytails are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
