Order Tracking

Want to know where your order is? Here is how to check.

1. Check your email

When we ship your order we send you an email with the tracking number and the carrier's tracking link. Check your spam and promotions folders too.

2. Look in your account

Sign in to My orders with the email you used at checkout. There you will see the status of each order and the tracking link once it is available.

3. Write to us

If you cannot find the information, message us on WhatsApp (+57 316 079 0041) or at contacto@mydollhairshop.com with your order number (for example, #1234) and we will help you.

Delivery times

• Processing: up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Colombia: 1 to 2 business days in transit.
• International: between 3 and 10 business days depending on the country.
