If a product arrives incomplete or damaged in a way that affects its normal condition,

the customer must file a claim and include a video showing the condition the product arrived in, as evidence for the company to assess. The warranty period on our ponytails is thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the day after the purchase if it was made at a physical store, or, if it was made through our online channels, from the day after the product was received. It applies only to manufacturing defects.
